Help Us Bridge The Gap

BWF provides short term financial support to families dealing with the loss of a breadwinner. We rely on donations from individuals, groups and corporations to help us ensure that families have a safety net during this difficult time.

There are many ways you can help us bridge the gap for families dealing with the loss of their breadwinner. The crisis can cause overwhelming difficulties for a grieving family. Forced to confront immediate financial strain, they are often vulnerable and at risk for economic hardship and poverty.

Breadwinners provides short term financial support to assist with basic needs. We rely on donations from individuals, groups and corporations to help us ensure that families have a safety net during this difficult time.

Corporate and community partners help us maximize the effect of our fundraising efforts. Our commitment to make every dollar count is real. With only one staff member, we utilize the skills and talents of a diverse group of volunteers to fulfill our mission. This keeps our costs low, and that means more of your contribution is directed to the families we assist.

We invite individuals to make a contribution in honor of or in memory of someone who has touched your life. A special occassion such as a wedding, Mother's Day, an anniversary or birthday is a perfect time to make your gift count and let your loved ones know that you care.

Our online donations are processed through PayPal, a service with more than 15 million registered users. Your donation will be made through a secure server that uses the latest site encryption technology. PayPal accepts most major credit cards.

If you would prefer to make a donation by check, our address is:
